Fulton Bank

I heard about this branch doing this same thing someone else, and her account has been messed up for months, because of their error and they can't figure it out. It caused the poor woman lots of embarassment. She has had many returned checks and has had to deal with the problems, which is very stressful, when she can. She doesn't drive so this a very big inconvienience to her.

this bank has frozen my account now twice for no reason, first they said it was in "Float" which in essence is frozen. Then they froze my account saying we needed to provide proof of address when you cannot open an account without proof of address.
