I brought in my 2008 Chevy Avalanche for new tires, an oil change, a check of the A/C system, belts, and battery. My tires were there and ready for me and my truck was done in a reasonable amount of time. I LOVE dealing with my service person, Anita Swartz!! PLEASE don't let her leave!! She keeps me up to date on what my truck needs and when it needs it. When I am there, she keeps me posted on how things are going. She is very personable and goes out of her way to make my visit quick and convenient for me! She is an asset to Bob Fisher Chevrolet! I won't take my truck any where else for service.

Service done very fast. Just enough time for a quick test drive in a 2018 2.0T equinox which I really like. I own a 2016 equinox.
I have had an ongoing issue with my car that no one could seem to figure out. i took it to this dealership and have been back 4 times. (like i said ongoing issue.) each time they find something else wrong with it that has since shown up since they fixed part of the problem before. (not their fault, it was the dealership that i bought it from befores fault.) . the service manager, andy, has been so courteous and helpful with this issue. he doesnt shove the problem to the side and takes care of it personally. i recommend this dealership for services very highly because of him! he knows what hes talking about and does everything in his power to solve the problem. if you go there and need something and have to talk to him, tell him i sent ya! great guy! and place.
I had an appointment for inspection, oil change and tire rotation. I had asked for my car to be done by 2pm. To my delight my car did not need anything to pass and was completed a couple of hours early. Good job!
Knew vehicle I wanted. They had it and worked with me in trade to make it work quickly. Yogy is a caring and bright young sales rep and sales manager Bill Miller made it happen quickly.
