I needed a new battery for my HTC M8, this store stated they could not replace it, I needed a new phone and it would cost me $99. After looking at my account I noticed I was paying $11 a month for insurance. So I went back and ordered a free replacement.
Both times I was assured that they could transfer everything to my new phone.
The phone gets shipped to a different store in a different town and it took 2 calls to that store to get it shipped over.
When making the swap, I was told that they could only transfer my contacts, that they did not have ability to do more than that.
I am now spending hours trying to get my new phone back to where I was on my old phone.
We went to this location because we were having trouble dealing with Sprint customer service on the phone and the corporate store in Lees Summit. The young man who helped us was extremely nice and went out of his way to make sure we were satisfied. We shouldn't have even wasted our time with Lees Summit.
I went into the Sprint store in Raytown and had a major problem with my phone. I walked over to the window to speak with the tech and received some of the best service I have ever received. The gentleman was very courteous and attentive to my problems and I walked out of there with a working phone. I have had service with AT&T and Verizon and Sprint is by far the best I have ever had.
I recently went into the sprint store in Raytown, MO. I was very upset when I got in there. They completly turned it around when I left I was in a great mood. They upgraded me and got me a monthly discount on my bill for where I worked. I was upset about there customer service, they told me just to use them as my customer service. Since then I have had no problems.
