I found Pro Foundations by doing a Google search for drainage problems. The technician sent was a young man named Jeremy. I showed him how two of my neighbors had routed their gutters with corrugated hose to dump their water by the legs of my deck and it was eroding the dirt under my deck's legs. First he sided with my neighbors, then he told me I should hire another company not his company and then he implied that I only called because they offer free estimates. He offered a ridiculous solution which would cost thousands, I'd have to build retaining walls, remove and reinstall the air conditioner compressor, add unneccessary guttering, when all I really need to do is pull the neighbors' corrugated hose off of their gutter. Jeremy was unrealistic, unprofessional and condescending. I own 5 properties in Independence, Raytown and KC and have many real estate connections. I will make sure to mention to everyone I know how I feel about this company. I explained things fully when placing my initial call and would have appreciated if I had been told then to hire a landscaping company instead of having Jeremy waist my time.
Pro Foundation completed a job for our nonprofit yesterday and I cannot be more pleased. The job was complicated to begin with and unfortunately got worse as they got into it. They were very professional and followed through to the smallest details. I am very happy with the work and the interaction with all of the staff.
If you want to do business with a reliable, honest company then call Pro Foundation Technology. This company has excellent communication skills not to mention fantastic customer service. They will not take advantage of you. They are by far the best foundation company out there in my opinion. Keep up the good work! guys!
Pro Foundation Technology did a fantastic job on my home this past fall. We had some settlement issues that they quickly solved and upon leaving nobody could tell that they were even there, except my doors and windows worked for the first time in two years. I contacted them again and had them do some tieback work on my rental home, if received the same professional experience. I would recommend them to anyone.
As Building And Grounds Director for over 27 years at my church, I discovered this company on-line. I set an appointment date and was honored to meet with the owner of the company Dennis M. in late 2012. My church had water infiltration along two long concrete block wall locations for many years. This problem impacted the use of our basement classrooms and had to be addressed. This was to be a very large project and I knew it would cost. After meeting with Dennis, he mapped out a strategy for accomplishing our goal for a dry basement. I bought into his vision which included getting permits from the city and managing the project from beginning to end. His project manager got in touch with me as he stated, and the contract was signed. I was told the date for beginning the project was to be scheduled for the following year or March 4th, 2013 of this year. I was happy to be on his schedule since being in a drought he had many projects. We had much snow in Kansas City this year and I feared the project would not start on time. I received a call from his office prior to the March 4th start date as previously agreed upon. The snow was not to be a factor for this company. I also was concerned that the church parking would be impacted by this project and discussed this concern with Dennis. Dennis assured me he would take care of this. Soil was moved along with snow, and concrete sidewalks were demolished. Everything was placed on large trucks and hauled away. Church services were not impacted at all by this work. His crew worked quickly and efficiently. I visited the site each day to take progress pictures. I watched waterproofing being applied, perforated pipe installed, followed by gravel placed along with a sump-pump installed. Soil was put back and new concrete sidewalks were installed with respect to the appropriate temperature. The crew returned to remove the concrete framework. As I reflect back on this completed project, which was historic for us, I am left with positive feelings. There was excellent communication. My emails and phone calls were returned almost immediately even into the late night hours. I experienced outstanding customer service. The quality of the work was excellent. Pro Foundations Technology Inc. is not just a company that starts work, but they are a company committed to finishing their work. Hence, I would without hesitation recommend this company for future projects based upon the credibility and respect they have earned.
My wife and have called many foundation businesses to shop for the work needed to be done at our home. We found the foundation repair industry is very competitive. Also, there are many foundation repair companies that will quote you a price that is way to high for the work being done. That's why it's crucial to work with someone you can trust. Pro Foundation is a Christian owned company that you can certainly trust to quote you a fair, honest price. Plus, you can count on the foundation work to be done right the first time. We have referred our friends to Pro Foundation Technology and we know they'll be taken care of.
Polyurethane injection technique was used to lift sag in lower floor slab with excellent results confirmed by independent engineering consultant who observed the work in progress. . Final invoice came in several hundred dollars less than estimate, which hardly occurs these days; usually the reverse is true. Work crew was courteous, answered all our questions and arrived early for appointment. Prior phone conversations with office staff and managers went smoothly and we were able to set appointment within ten days. We give this company high marks for performance, efficiency, honesty and integrity, and highly recommend their services.
I had a small leak in the corner of the house so I called them over and while running very late they proceeded to tell me that it would cost thousands to fix the issue. I told them that you'll have to see it before quoting a high price. When he got to the property one of my drywall guy was looking at drywall stuff. He took one quick glance at the problem and while I was upstairs, he took off and out the door. He got in the truck and drove off and I stoped him and ask why, he told me to just fix it myself. I file a complaint with the company and got no feedback. I'll never recommend this company to anyone.
i can certainly appreciate why you would be upset. I can a sure that we up hold a high standard professionalism and would be more than happy to have the opportunity to make this right. Cant say for certain what all happened on this day but its nothing we cant over come and would be happy to help.
