After just having our car repo'd 3 days prior, Ameer Azzam was able to get us a 2018 Jeep Renegade. No other finance company was willing to even look at us with a recent repo but he and the wonderful financing team at Haasz did everything they could to get us into a vehicle. They were willing to work with us on our deposit and got a fantastic financing rate. Haasz Automall has been a blessing and I am incredibly glad I found them.

We had a great experience this past weekend with Ray Miller at Haasz Automall in Ravenna Ohio . We were looking for a low mileage used Ram truck of a certain design and color. It was so cold and windy that we wanted to spend the least amount of time outside that we could. Ray found several options to our liking and we went right to them without having to be exposed to the weather for too long. Of course he was right there with us the whole time in the cold and wind. We finally settled on a newer truck and Ray and his team went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience. Everyone was very friendly and professional . We took the truck home that same afternoon. Ray and the financial department were exceptional in making sure that we were satisfied and got the best terms available. Ray even contacted us at home the next day, his day off, to make sure we were. Ask for Ray Miller when you go there. You wont be disappointed. The poor guy didn't even take time to have lunch. He is very dedicated to providing exceptional customer service.

Recently Christine Cosma recognized me when my son and I were at HAASZ getting service done on our 2015 Dodge Journey and 2013 Dodge Avenger and she started asking me if I was interested in looking at a new vehicle. She gave me some great information and handed me off to Brennan Scott who worked really hard at answering any questions I asked, along with showing me several new Dodge and Jeep options. I ended up choosing a 2017 Cherokee High Altitude, and then Mary Scott in Financing got me a great loan rate. These three HAASZ employees were also very instrumental in helping me purchase the other two Dodge vehicles I bought after buying 17 new GM vehicles (I used to only purchase Buick, Chevy or Pontiac). Because of them I will continue to look at the Dodge and Jeep brands before looking at any other type of vehicle. They are very detail oriented and have great Customer Service skills.

We have purchased 2 vehicles from Haasz Auto mall. Last year we bought a 2015 Challenger that got totaled in February 2016. We went back to Haasz to get another vehicle and even tho the process too a little while we walked away with a 2016 Challenger! Great people skills and customer service! December 2013 We bought a 2007 Town and Country. We bought an extended warranty that was supposed to be an additional 10 year or 100,000. We bought the warranty as my husband was concerned with the heated seats, entertainment system, all the power seats and doors. The lady that sold us the warranty assured us that the vehicle would be completely covers for the additional 10 years or an additional 100,000 miles which ever comes first. No problems with warranty and the staff was great and very nice until December 2015 when the tail gate quit working and I take it in to be fixed at first there was no problems Kim in service had pulled up the warranty info and on the paper it says warranty begin miles 61965 end miles 161965. after awhile Kim comes back and says that the warranty is expired and there was a typo that the vehicle is only covered to 100,000 miles. This makes no sense as the paper work says differently so we leave and I call to speak with owners and finally get a call back from Andy Haasz who seems to really want to make things right but with the New Year holiday he would look into the problems and call me back on Monday January 4, 2016 he offered to either get the warranty to cover for the remaining time or get me traded out to a new vehicle with the same payments. I am still waiting for that call from Andy it is now January 7, 2016 I have called and left Andy a message to please call me. Haasz is going to fix my tailgate but this vehicle still needs to be covered for the remaining time or we need to be traded in for a new vehicle.
