This is the first time I've used them and the worst gas company I've ever had to deal with. Twice we have called when getting low, 10 - 15%. We live around 5 miles from them. Both times we ran out of gas. The first time it was 10 days after our call before we ran out. We called to let them know we were out completely and it was still another 4 days before they showed up. Second time was cooler and we are running furnace and ran out 3 days after calling them. The guy that answered said he can't get a hold of any of his drivers?? Still out and on day 7. Complete BS. I agree with Kevin's comments. They do not care about their customers or prioritize dependent on need. The office girl is very rude. I will definitely be changing companies. If you are looking for a new provider DO NOT use this company.....horrible service!!!!

Customer service needs a lot of work. We ran out of gas (yes, that was our fault) and called them to schedule a delivery. Was told they didn't know when they could be out to refill. Next day, when calling to find out gas delivery, was just told they didn't know what time the truck would be there, they can't run other than with partial loads. You would think that they could find the time to schedule a delivery with a little more urgency, when the customer is totally out of gas, since there are no set times for delivery anyway. Woman on the phone was very unfriendly at the office as well as unsympathetic. If it wasn't such a hassle would certainly change providers.
