Absolute joke. This place cares more about covering it's hindend then customer service. I took my Pontiac in for an oil change a few months back. After an hour of waiting (keep in mind the service center had 1 car ahead of me when I came in) they call me back and say they can't change the oil because "the drain plug doesn't look like it should so we can't touch it". I take my car to midas and 25 min later with 6 cars in front of me I'm done. I ask about the drain plug and find out that Walmart is notorious for using little excuses to get out of doing work on vehicles. Today I go in to cash a small investment check, something I usually go to the bank for but seeing as it's saturday I went to Walmart. The run the check and tell me it's declined, I ask why and get told "it's probably because it's a bad check." she hands me a little slit of paper with a number to call to find out why. After what feels like an eternity of fighting with the automated system I finally get a person who explains to me" Walmart uses a company cynergy that looks at risks of cashing checks and they determined that your check is a risk" I respond with " so, your saying Walmart won't cash my check that I get out of mature investments because it's to high risk.... Well I guess shopping at Walmart is to high risk for my money" The lady responds with a long winded pre-written statement about Walmart dedication to its customers finance well being..... After 3 minutes I hung up. Last business I'll ever do with that dump.
