I have been going here for two years now and love it. The girls are always so nice and make you feel welcome. I have been to all the other tanning salons and this is the best one.

Over a year ago my wife signed up for tanning at Bella Tan. At the time she signed me (husband) up for tanning as well. A short time later I told my wife I had no desire to Tan at Bella Tan. My wife cancelled my tanning, and in the Fall of 2014 she cancelled her tanning as well. Every month since that time we have had $28.99 automatically withdrawn from our checking account the first week of every month.

My wife has both called and stopped into Bella Tan to get this matter resolved. Every time she has spoken with the owners and their daughter nothing has been done, and the money keeps coming out every month. Finally 6 months after my wife left Bella Tan I have gotten involved and called and now stopped into Bella Tan to get a this matter resolved. I have been charged over $150.00 by this business for a service I have never received or personally signed up for. The owners are both rude and incapable of understanding customer service. They refuse to give any money back. They acknowledge no wrong. Bella Tans refund policy is as archaic as their customer service. Charging people for services they never signed up for or received... Refusing to refund back money charged... Not apologizing for their part in not resolving this issue in a timely manner... And good luck dealing with their condescending and disrespectful phone etiquette. I would not suggest anyone patronize this business. These people represent all that is bad in small business. I would highly recommend you look to any other tanning salon, before choosing to do business here. This is absolutely not how you treat customers... It's 2015! Make wise choices and shop elsewhere!

SO UPSET! Last week i had decided to red light and then tan right after as the ladies there informed that i could do that. They offer you a short robe to wear so you do not have to get dressed to move from one room to the next. Well, as i walk out of the red light the ladies inform me that they had given my bed away that i had reserved after therapy. They recommended that i wait for the bed to re open. So i had to sit in this small robe - naked underneath - right in the front waiting room. Right where the big front windows are, where the parking lot is. Where everyone walks in! SO UNCOMFORTABLE. SO INAPPROPRIATE!! I had to sit for about 10 minutes to wait for that stupid bed! Not only that. A couple days later i came in to tan, and i was refused the chance to tan as i was 30 minutes shy of my 24 hour limit. There was another time i had to sit and wait 11 stupid minutes before they would allow me to tan. I seriously do NOT recommend this place to any one and i will be very verbal about that to anyone who asks. Other places may be more expensive, but they are worth the extra money. Called today to cancel my membership and they inform me that there is a 30 day notice i must give, and that they will still be drafting my account at the beginning of June. Apparently I have to pay for a whole other month of horrible experiences with this place
