I ordered online has been there since Saturday still have not received a phone call to schedule delivery called the store to find out they have no delivery drivers three days a week and they are completely booked for the other two days my payment is due before they can deliver told the manager thus he said nothing he could do.
I would highly recommend to stay away from this aarons. on 09/20/2012. My wife and I went to the store we left our three kids at home. the oldest is 13. now my kids know never to answer the door. when we got back from the store our kids locked them selves in there room screaming help. come to find out the store manager Jeff came by our house at 8:40pn. ringing the door bell non stop. and next Jeff opened our front door and proceed to enter our house, till Jeff saw our oldest daughter. Jeff than ran out of our home. we called the police and filed a report. the next day I went up to the store to speak with Jeff. he denied everything, till the cops called him. he stated to the cop that he did enter cause he thought someone might be hurt. REALLY. He BROKE INTO OUR HOME. IF OUR KIDS WERE NOT THERE HOW MUCH WOULD HE HAVE STOLEN FROM USE. This aarons is nothing but the thieves. That will brake into your home when your not there. Now my kids won't even sleep in there own rooms. at this point I will be reporting this to the Rapid City Journal so everyone knows how this place and Jeff act and treat there customers. as well we will be getting a lawyer and pressing charges against Aarons and Jeff. Please stay away from Arrons on North Cambell st Rapid City South Dakota. please let everyone you know that this Aarons is not safe to use. and if you do use them return it and go somewhere else.
I paid for and scheduled delivery of merchandise just to find out it can't be delivered because my references numbers weren't on the application. Which I do take responsibility for but why was that a factor that denied delivery if it was paid for...and why can't that info come after my stuff is delivered...or let me know the WEEK I was waiting for the products. Now I find myself writing this review and thinking about cancelling and going elsewhere...Hm
