Great flowers and they were delivered. Had to sit down with their designer, very reasonable for pricing. Wonderful to design my own and not just pick out of the book.
Very disappointed in my Valentines Day flower arrangement (which my husband pre-ordered over a week in advance) ~ it was a Teleflora bouquet that he ordered from their shop website ~you order it from a photo and you know what you are expecting. Substitutions are one thing, this was not even close!! Worse yet was the customer service!!!When we called to complain, Michelle at the shop answered and she was so rude to my husband and acted like it was his fault for not ordering in person instead of online. (He ordered from a "menu" because he doesn't know what to ask for ~ he picked something he liked and expected that!) I called her back in disbelief at what she had said to him and she was pretty rude and condescending to me as well. We brought the arrangement in to be fixed the next day (as they were closing when we called) and she still had an attitude toward us. She fixed the arrangement "okay", but certainly didn't go out of her way to make it up to us and still maintained a snotty attitude and tone of voice with us. Another customer was at the counter at the time and pulled me aside as she was leaving to ask if I had a problem with my arrangement. I said, "yes" and she said "Me too, very disappointed"We will NEVER do business with them again!!
Horrible! The flowers you get are not the flowers in the pic! False advertising and bad customer service! I keep finding more and more people that they have done the same thing to.
When I come in to buy flowers for my casket sprays they are so nice and very helpful! My go to for flowers!

I've never been so disappointed in a purchase or the customer service I received. I called & ordered flowers for my grandma who was having surgery. I was charged extra for same day delivery. I asked for a specific arrangement, by name, off of their website. The person on the phone asked me "is that the one with the lilies?" The arrangement that arrived was nothing like the picture on the website. It was missing key flowers, the substitutions did not match & were not of the same value. When I called to express my concerns, I was told to slow down. Then I explained what was wrong to which the manager had the audacity to say "what do you want to do about it" instead of offering a way to fix it. Then I said I don't live in Rapid so I can't return them to which she said "well I don't see why that matters." I was finally able to arrange for someone to return the flowers. I will NEVER order flowers from this company again & I'll be sure to tell everyone I can to never order from here either.
Great customer service and the arrangement was absolutely beautiful. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for quality arrangements.
These people are crooks!!!! I ordered a bouquet for my sister through Teleflora. She sent me a photo of the flowers upon receiving them and I was livid! The bouquet looked nothing like the one I ordered and it only contained a small handful of flowers that were half-dead. I have seriously seen gas station bouquets that were more impressive and looked healthier than the one Forget-Me-Not Floral tried to pawn off on my sister! I immediately called Teleflora and filed a complaint. Telefora bent over backwards to make it right. We started by asking Forget-Me-Not Floral to pick up the pathetic excuse of a bouquet and take it back. Then we replaced the order with a completely different florist in Rapid City....one that actually takes pride in their work and their customers. If you work hard for your money do yourself a favor and don't throw it away by doing business with Forget-Me-Not Floral in Rapid City, SD!
