Wow.... that is the only word that comes to mind when I think of my order from this place. I my fiance' went through the dive through and ordered 2 can dine for 9.99. She then waited in line and then as the wait proceeded she saw multiple people leave due to the long wait. Then it ended up being a 15 minute wait behind 2 people who only ordered a small bag each. The lobby wasn't crazy packed the wait was a bit much so she was a bit upset. Then we got to the window and a gentlemen who was looking to be anywhere but at work assisting customers. Rudely didn't listen to anything my fiance' had to say until she almost had to shove the coupon in the window to be able to get this guy to listen. Then he just left for another lady to deal with us. She then proceeded to be so impatient she couldnt even wait for her to give her the rest of the change and wouldn't listen so she had to throw the dime in the window for the people because they don't care what so ever there. That is just the customer service aspect of this wonderful place. Now lets talk about the food, for one she messed up on our drink orders the mottz sticks were just gross they looked/ tasted old and a bit under done but you couldn't taste much over the nasty mouth full of grease you halfto try and choke down. I mean it was seriously dripping out of the cheese stick. Then the fries weren't fresh at all the only thing I was able to even touch was the roast beef and even then after all that I wasn't a fan of it. So I would not recommend this Arbys and normally I never get this mad because a nice manager will assist me if I've had this bad of service. But ive been calling for the last hour or so now and I can't get through noone will answer so I'm gonna just be making a call to corp and letting them know about the service I've just received. 0-10 and 0 stars But I halfto pick 1 because I have n ochoice.
