I have a been a customer at Wells Fargo since 2009, for the most part I've been happy with Wells Fargo, I routinely cash checks and they make it very easy. I don't usually use this location this morning it happened to be the one nearest me. I decided to see some time rather than driving an extra mile down the road to the other location. The lady at the drive threw was very rude and nosey. She was asking questions she had no business asking. Me being the friendly guy I am answered them willingly. After spending 15+ min talking with this lady she tells me that she can't do the routine task that I have requested. I run a business and had to cash a few petty checks. I decided to go inside, neither the teller or the banker there were able to help me. After burning about 45 min of my time and arguing with these lady's I went down to the branch right down the road and was in and out in two minuets cash in hand. Long story short save yourself the time and embarrassment and go down the road.

This bank is horrible!! I had a lady that was at the tellers give me a WRONG account number!! Not only that I had a company double charge me with the WRONG account number and the charges still went threw!! I told that same teller DO NOT LET the charges go threw! Two days in advance! It still went threw and over drafted my account!! Then once this was all settled it happened AGAIN and this time they didn't give me back THEIR fees that they put on my account AFTER I told them no more transactions were being made by me! It is discusting how this bank is ran. When I physically went in to deal with the situation the lady told me that she was going to give me some education!!! I cannot believe this! I then ran her down on the education of her tellers!I would you ever trust them with my money ever again!!
