staff needs customer service training. Went to the women's room with my young daughter, opened door and found a man there, cleaning windows in time to music blaring on his iPhone. He told me he had the rest of the bathroom to finish and we could wait a few minutes. No other women's room (or "we are cleaning sign" and my little one couldn't wait so I asked If he could wait a few. He rolled his eyes But stepped out while five (waiting) girls/ladies came in to use the bathroom. After sending my kids to the waterpark with their dad, I sat in the waiting area for takeout. Same worker came Over, dragging a dry mop back and forth and told me to move my feet. I asked if he couldn't work around me or wait until my food came since It was the only Waiting area and he yelled, "I'm only trying to do my job lady!" After 20+ years in the restaurant business, I am well aware that's not how you treat customers - somethings management should address now before they lose more local customers.
Campground is not on the lake as advertised and boat did not work. Management did nothing to compensate us. would not recommend to anyone!
The food is good but the waitress was just unprofessional.
For the past 5 years,my Dad and I have stopped here for dinner on our way home from our annual hunting trip.Classic white tablecloth restaurant with a quality (if somewhat abbreviated) wine list and a superior steak!
this was the first time I've been to a Ruby Tuesdays and in my experience it is just another applebees or tgif. the scenery was cool because of the pictures. the service was alright, except it took 10 minutes to get our check after saying we were in wa hurry. the waitress was very knowledgeable about ingredients of the food and drinks. that really helped out because of my friends glueten allergy.
