I was having a problem with my new whirlpool washer and DC Appliance repair was contacted by the company I have the service contract with. They were able to set up an appointment the next work day. The service technician Rob called Monday morning and said he would be there in 20 minutes. He was right on time, and diagnosed the issue with the washer immediately. The job was completed in about 15 minutes and he was on his way. He was professional and very courteous. I would definitely recommend DC Appliance for any repairs you may need.

My 8 year old refrigerator wasn't working properly. The refrigerator was warm and the freezer was too cold. I called DC Appliance Repair after 8 AM and explained my problem. I was told they would get to me that day. Around 11 AM I received a call from Rob that he was on the way to my house. Rob arrived and introduced himself, put covers on his shoes and entered my kitchen. I explained the problem to Rob and allowed him to complete his diagnosis. After a few minutes Rob explained the problem and told me what was needed to do the repair. He explained the cost and approximate amount of time it would require to complete the repair. He even asked if I wanted to do the repair or consider purchasing a new refrigerator. I had Rob complete the repair and one week later I have no complaints. I've done this type of work throughout my career and I already knew what the problem was before I called for service and since I'm retired it's time for younger people to do the work. If every technician is like Rob, courteous, personable and honest DC Appliance Repair can be proud of their business. Any appliance repair is costly but when it's done professionally and honestly I'm willing to pay the price. I recommend DC Appliance Repair to anyone that needs appliance repair.
