This is by far the worst experience I have EVER had with braiding my hair! I am an African, and i've had my hair braided a billion times, from different countries, by experienced and in-experienced people. And i have to admit that this was the WORST braiding job EVER in all my lifetime braiding experience. I read the reviews but of course, I thought they were exaggerating...I called and scheduled an appointment for 10am... they were late and kept saying the person who was supposed to be braiding my hair hadn't arrived so I waited... but that was a lie because, no one ever showed up and one of the other workers braided my hair after 3.5hours later! My 4yr old niece could have done a better job. I desperately needed to get my hair braided and I knew I wasn't ever going back to that place so I paid the very undeserving $160 and politely said 'thank you' and left. Very unprofessional! It's not worth your money and time.I'm sure the owner braids well, but don't waste your money and time.

This was by far the worst experience. First, I called and made an appointment not realizing that they don't take appointments, but first come first served. They arrived 15 minutes late and had people waiting outside. Secondly, they are beyond unprofessional and incompetent. They had me waiting for over 6 hours before starting my hair. To make matters worst, they do not know how to install crochet braids. They put cornrows in my entire hair and then were unable to crochet me hair. They offered to give me another style, but still overcharged me. If you are looking for a professional shop, please find another braiding shop. I am extremely disappointed.
Soda did an excellent job on my braids. If you want to get done you have to be early. They're so good and there will be a line already formed if you get there right when they open. I have a lot of hair but Soda managed to get it all done, the way I wanted and in a reasonable time from. Absolutely phenomenal.
I love this shop there twist and braids are to die for on google there's a wrong address but it's on liberty road I believe 9029 I'm sorry sir but maybe your girlfriends scalp can't take the pain but they never did me wrong beauty is pain it's worth it
My girlfriend just got her hair done from this place and we already had to take the braids out. They were so tight that her scalp was bleeding, it was so scabby and red. She will never go back!!
This place isn't good because they don't give you the style you ask for. They give you what they fabricate in their mind that you should have. I went there and got puffy twists and were not done well. The girl named Regina who did it took like 8 hrs tyo do it. Then I went recently and got human hair small box braids. I asked for longer curly hair and they gave me some cheap part human/part synthetic hair and tried to compensate by braiding it and dipping it in hot water. The hair they are giving you for your hairstyle isn't real 100% human! They charged me $200. i feel like I was ripped off. Don't trust the woman named Madina. She sets up the prices and who will braid your hair. The lady who did my hair was very rough and combed my hair like I was a dog. She didn't care that it hurt either. She hit me in the face twice. Very rough and rude. I'm not satisfied at all!!!! They get no Star at all from me!! Maybe a half if I have to!!!
