I could talk all day about how wonderful this company and employees are to work with and collaborate with regarding business needs. If you are looking to work with this company I highly recommend doing it. Mrs. Nickel is wonderful!!
This is the absolute worst registration place ever! I purchased my vehicle on Oct. 15, today is Dec 12, and my DMV has still not received the correct paper work they need to generate a registration for me. That's right, I have a vehicle I can not drive because there is no registration thanks to this incompetent company. Well, it's not like it's for lack of trying. Road Ready tried has sent the paper work to my DMV serveral times and each time the DMV returns the paper work back to them for failing to provide the correct information. No matter how many phone calls I have made to the DMV and to Road Ready they just can not seem to get it right. The DMV has called them directly (which is uncommon) just to try to get them to understand what they need to do. I have complained to the manager and the manager's manager but nothing has been done. The woman handling this at Road Ready tells me she's going to look into it each time and that she will get back to me immediately but then I do not hear from her. I have to call her just to get a status check which is always "we are working on it". This should have been a quick 2 to 3 week process instead it looks like it will be a 2-3 month process if it ever actually gets done. I have had to pay the service to Road Ready for incompetence, as well as fork out money daily for a rental vehicle since I can not legally drive mine without a valid registration all because this company fails time and time again. Mean while, I have no choice in the matter than to sit back and watch the blind lead the blind, watch them stumble around not knowing what to do. For your own sake, if you are a dealership stay AWAY form this service company. FAR AWAY!
