        Food was served ice cold. Service was abysmal. Took 20 minutes to bring my drink order. Avoid this place at all costs.

        Dont waste your time

        The atmosphere is wonderful, the service is excellent..... the food is horrible. I use to go to The Old Spaghetti Factory when i was a kid in San Fransisco. I remembered it as being great. I took my two kids there and was extremely dissappointed. What happened?

        We go often for take out. You each order the meal you want, most come with soup or salad. Also you get a drink, coffee or tea, and an ice cream. For 1-3 meals you get a sourdough bread loaf, for 4-6 meals you get 2 loafs.The restaurant is noisy. It's good for small groups, 8 or less.They can accommodate large groups, but at my husband's birthday party only a few people got warm food. Mine meal was lukewarm and my cousin's was cold. The group was large, about 15.
