        We would like to introduce Specialized Care Foster Family Agency, a private non-profit home-finding agency licensed by the State of California Department of Social Services. The agency currently serves San Bernardino and Orange counties. Specialized Care Foster Family Agency certifies foster parents to care for boys and girls, 0-17 years of age who come from abusive environments. These children come with special needs, physical or mild mental emotional handicaps. We are looking for mature and responsible adults who can assist us with our mission to provide quality foster care in a safe and nurturing environment for these children.
