I needed a smog check. Walked in with no appointment. Mike was there and had it done in about 15 minutes. My son was with me and was feeling curious. Mike took the time to chat with him and show him some of the shop. Nice touch! My oldest son came here before me and recommended them. Glad we came. Thanks Mike!

Brought my car here a couple things new now and these guys are on the ball . They took my car right in away with no appointment and they changed my oil and did it I'm a timely matter , I will be back here for my next oil change

My girlfriend and I decided to go to Irvine, CA for the Halloween weekend to visit our good friend. We actually go to school in Flagstaff, AZ but unfortunately, our engine (05 Chrysler 300) started smoking on the way down to Irvine but thank God we were close to Rancho Cucamonga. Our experience here at this auto shop was awesome! We were already frustrated and exhausted because the drive from Flagstaff to Rancho Cucamonga was 400+ miles. Jermie was so helpful and nice to us. So the problem was that the cap on our transmission fluid tube was the wrong cap and so fluid started to leak out causing the smoke. We bought the right cap from Chrysler and installed it. THANK YOU SO MUCH TO JERMIE AND HIS TEAM AT QUALITY AUTO. We really appreciated your service.
