This guys is a piece of $#*%. He works you for higher tix product, units etc. However, the crew are very good pro installers & do a great job. It's too bad they work for a knucklehead. They ought'a venture off & start their own business. Then I would highly recommend that crew! But beware of the owner who only takes high paying installs & won't return for additional work or repairs, tune-up, adjustments etc. because there's no money in it. In other words, "no customer service" even after the job. I recommend you get a hold of the installation crew & work with them directly leaving the idiot out of it... why use a middleman anyways!!!!
