Worst agency ever!!!! I was working at target when there would be a problem with a female i would tell SORAYA nd she DIDNT DO NOTHING bout it instead she fired me. Definitely not working for them nomore. Dont ever apply here they dont care bout you theyll just fire you
This agency has been by far he most frustrating! I called several times and was trying to contact CARLOS and each time I tried I had to call back every 30 min. I called back about 4 times, and they had an excuse each time. CARLOS is not at his desk, CARLOS is out for lunch, Carlos will call back in 5 min, or Carlos just left home. I'm currently enrolled in school and don't have time to be playing these games and waiting around for someone who had offered a job already.

I wish I could give a -5 . Very disrespectful customer service. This lady if you want to call her that, this animal was so angry just to help me find out if they sent my W2 . Disrespected my wife when she called. I don't know what's going on over there but if you don't like your job find another. Lost my service .
Called for 2 questions: Are you contracted with Jensen, and did you recently relocate. My spouse hadn't received his W2 form, and lost their contact info after they relocated. I did not ask any personal information (obvious company's don't release personal info). I just wanted to make sure I had the right # for my husband to call. Lady starts going off on me, even telling me to "shut up and listen because she's busy", yelling at me that she can't release personal info. My husband calls and apparently she starts going off on him too, telling him that "I've been calling all week".... I live in WA state for starters and this was my first attempt to find the company's #for my husband. Thankfully my husband called back for a 2nd time and a respectful ADULT answered. They need better customer service.
my experience with United employment solutions was bad the service there was poorly the time I work and set pay dates are not in line to what they say I was told to come back on the second week and when I come there closed the service there is not good at all the employees don't know what they're going they lie what work there's bad the people there are lazy
Worst place to get a job. I'd rate it zero if I could. For my first three weeks I have never been paid on time and they will keep saying you will be paid tomorrow or in your account tomorrow then when you finally go off on them they will print you a check and say it will take all day to get it ready. Highly don't recommend this place go elsewhere
I spent 2 hours filling out their application online and they denied my application because of some crazy surveys they made me take. AND they wouldn't even tell me why!!! They said I had to call their corporate office.A complete waste of my valuable time!
I wanted to review Ms. Wagner's professionalism and friendliness when she helped me find a position. Since the very first day she and I shook hands, she always treated me with respect and was genuinely concerned and focused on helping me with my career goals. She always answered my questions in a professional and timely manner, and I do believe that Exact Staff have a very valuable member as a part of their team.
