Do not trust them, they charge me for repairs that was there When we moved in and they lied about everything , they basically took all my deposit I only got $350 from $1900 ... They messed with the wrong person i'm going to sue them for sure and I will do my best to get every penny back

They have always been very respectful and prompt in returning my phone calls. I am very comfortable in working with them.
They simply don't care to help you with any problems. Nancy doesn't do her job ever. We've had multiple run ins with my neighbor next door that has to do with the property looking like crap, destruction of property, and property neglect. We have shown her in the book where it says what you can and can't do, and she blew it off...either shes buddies with my neighbor from hell, or she is lazy and doesn't want to do her job! So regional manager here I come. Going above you people since you're no help and were living in chaos with this psycho neighbor.
I have been a renter through Jackson property management for the past 18 months. They make the whole renting and move in process very streamlined and hassle free. The employees are very knowledgeable and they always reply to me quickly and with all the information that i need. My lease is up for renewal and i will definitely be renewing and continuing to rent through them as they are very professional and great to deal with. Thank you!
I moved to the Portofino complex in Ontario in July of 2014 just as this management company was taking over. The previous company had sent info about what fees to pay and where to send the payments, etc. it was nearly a year later when Precise finally contacted me saying not only was I sending the payment to the wrong address but I was paying the wrong amount and they now had a list of late fees and a lien on my property. It took them that long. I was livid! I finally worked out a deal to pay off some of the payments I had missed and I sent a lump payment in January believing it would pay off the $535 balance. I sent a note with my payment asking them to let me know how much more I owed. I never heard from them so it was my understanding that my account was clear until yesterday. A letter saying I defaulted on my payment plan and now owe $502! Nearly as much as my balance started and AFTER I had already paid $350. This company is not competent and charging money I don't owe. Awful.
