WARNING!!! Do NOT use this car wash. I just left there after spending two hours arguing with the owner and manager about damage that was caused to my car by their staff. The automatic controller to my drivers seat was broken when I went to get in. It was completely ripped out of the side of my seat and I could not move my seat forward to the position it was in before they drove it. Neither the manager or owner would take responsibility so I went and got the kid that vacuumed my car and asked him if he moved my seat to get in. Not only did he say that he did move it forward and back he agreed that it WAS NOT broken when he vacuumed the car. Clearly it was working when I got there or he would not have been able to move it. I have never experienced anything like this. Terrible customer service to say the least. And to book they did a terrible job washing my car. I know lots of people in Rancho go to this car wash for convenience but you need to beware because if anything happens to your car and it happens to be an older car they will not do what is right and take care of it.
I visit Haven Car wash at least once a week . Abdul the manager is very consistent in regards to his service and his staff work really hard providing optimal service and results. I truly recommend you taking your car here !!!!
The staff are nice, but the owner is somthing else. I purchased a 19.95 item 3 weeks ago, and attempting to return it today. I was not happy with it ( there was NO sign regarding returns), so he said i have return it writ away and he has to ask the factory. ( sounded like a BS answer). If you ran a good business, make sure the customer is happy, try to make them jump threw hoops. I been going to that place for the past 10 years. Now I will never go there again. Good job!
I've been going here for a couple years and always have the car hand washed (Challenger). Last week I did the usual and went home and parked it in the garage. Late one afternoon a couple days later we noticed that it looked like someone had poured soapy water all over it and let it dry. I did not notice this in the daylight when I left. I went back yesterday and the owner looked it over and at first was not going to charge me for a rewash until he supervised the new wash and dry and called me over and said, see there is nothing here. I said yea, duh it was done right this time. Bottom line he made me pay for the wash and lost a loyal customer. He said a good wax would prevent that from happening again. Told him that I had just had them wax it and he told me that the express wax ($20 extra) that I had done was only good to make it shine. I needed a hard wax. I asked why I wasn't offered that, he said its around $80 and customers don't want to pay it. I told him I should have been offered and let me decide it I want it or not. Too bad he is not a good business owner, $20 cost him a good customer.
