The worst car buying experience from start to finish. It will be a miracle if this dealership stays in business long. Every employee I dealt with was unprofessional and only interested in making a sale instead of taking the time to explain anything to the customer such as document fees and GAP Addendums which I did not want and don't forget about the DMV fees which every dealership I purchased vehicles from paid for. But not this place. I traded a vehicle which had a broken windshield so they took $500 off trade in but my vehicle I bought at their dealership had two small cracks in windshield that were not there when I test drove it. We had snow/ice storm and I believe one of their employees chipped it cleaning snow and ice off. But the manager only "fixed" it instead of just replacing it. He said if it continues to crack he will replace it. Great customer service huh? Stay away from this shady place...I know I will never step foot in there again and never recommend them to anyone. I first saw my vehicle at Liberty Subaru in Emerson where I have my Subaru vehicle serviced but unfortunately they moved it to Liberty Kia and right then I should have passed on the vehicle to avoid this experience. Since Lliberty Subaru referred me to this place they just lost a customer too.
I am rating this on service alone.I booked my service appointment through the site, and there were some glitches. When I arrived at the service center and told there weren't any loaner cars available, I figured I would just go somewhere else. But they told me they could drive me to work, so I waited. The driver was late, so 10 minutes after they told me they would be there, I went back up to the desk. Amanda drove me herself to my job and did not make it appear to be a hassle or anything. She was very apologetic, but it was not her fault that her drivers didn't show up on time.Once the car was finished, they dropped it off at my job for me so I didn't have to go back there! They were all extremely friendly, courteous, and professional. I am glad I finally found a good dealer.
BUYER BEWARE. I bought a CPO 650i convertible here. Key problems with this dealership: dishonest, unethical and nonresponsive after purchase. If you're coming from far away to buy a used or CPO car from here, be careful about wasting your time. I was told the car was in perfect condition by the sales rep. (Anthony Polesina) over the phone. I bought it and it turned out that it had poorly done touchups, frayed seatbelt and scratched/cracked parts, etc.I was lied to multiple times about the contracts. It was as bad as the business manager (Edward Mayorga) telling me the electronic contract I was signing off was not the contract - that it was the request for loan approval which is why the monthly payment was noted as $85 higher than what it should be. It was the contract and he was trying to scam $5k off me.Be sure to read every line of the contract and definitely DO NOT believe what they say, because they will lie. Don't be surprised if you buy from this dealership and you can find thousands of dollar "mistakes" in your contract.Stay away from this dealership. Go elsewhere where they might have at least a little respect for their customers.AS FOR SERVICE - STAY AWAYGave me the option of a Dodge Caravan or a Ford Explorer as my loaner for my just-purchased CPO 650i convertible. Had to make 4 appointments because they forgot to buy a part, then messed up my wax job. Another visit I made they took 3 days to replace tires, fix 3 rims and do a detail. I got the car back with the tire pressure light on, swirls all over my car again from a poor wax job and a triple-bump indent and license plate scratch on my bumper.GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.
