My family had a wonderful experience with Ramona Pump & Supply. Shortly after moving into our home 3 years ago our well went down, and Steve came out quickly to take a look. It ended up being just a circuit breaker. A simple fix like that could have cost us a fortune had a dishonest contractor repaired it. Being new to wells, my husband and I wouldn't have known enough to prevent getting talked into buying a new pump. Several months later the well went down again late at night, and Steve saved us again! It has been running great for a year since. We were very impressed with this company's integrity and efficiency. Thank you! P.S. The post below sounds like a very incomplete story by someone that didn't get their way, our experience was the opposite. Is name calling really necessary sheysharshan?
