        Overall

        Just got a wonderful massage from Jennifer. She listens and works on what you need. Linda Hall does a great job with my hair. She always makes sure I am happy before I leave.

        was not offered a refund

        I went back on a haircut I felt was not good. I was told use product and wait till it grows out. No offer of a refund. I am so sad. I felt ganged up on at the front desk by the owner and the stylist.
