I bought a phone and changed service. I was told I could get internet at my house, but they could not deliver. I specifically stated that I did not want to switch if they could not deliver, my sales person Juan said I could return the phone and NOT PAY THE RESTOCKING FEE, if they could not deliver. He said he would put it in his notes. went to return the phone, and Ray said I would need to pay the fee. I stated Juan waived the fee. To cut to the chase he wouldn't move on it. I admit to being unpleasant, but not vulgar or threatening. Why? Did Ray bother to check the notes on my sale? No. Did he once say, "Let me see if I can find a way to help?" No. Not once did they even make an attempt to see if he could help. This is either a lack of training or lack of caring. Either way the service is terrible and they owe me a restocking fee.
