Walgreens Minute Clinic in Raleigh, NC

This is the absolute worst place I have ever been. I have a large open wound on my leg that they "treated". They soaked a gauze roll in a bleach solution and told me to go home and do this to myself twice a day. I called four or five times and told them that I was in excruciating pain and was told to take Advil! I went to an Urgent Care the next day and they gave me Codeine and said not to put the bleach solution on it. The next day I was in the Emergency room with a leg that looked like chopped meat. I have not been able to put weight on my leg in over a week. I would not go to this place if they paid me. Horrible. My advice is to STAY AWAY unless you like to be in agony.

I had the misfortune to meet this physician after I heard his advertisement about Brazilian buttock augmentation procedure on the radio. During consultation, I was impressed with the information he provided and his overly friendly and good demeanor. He came across as a very skilled physician; he had a smart answer for every question I asked and led me to believe that he would provide me with the procedure I was looking for. During consultations our discussion and agreement was to remove fat from my torso/trunk and inject as much fat as possible in my buttocks The outcome of the surgery was not as expected at all. Aggressive poor quality liposuction was performed on my lower half of my body and my already skinny arms. Imagine seeing a top half of a grown woman attached to the lower body of a child. The surgery was done extremely poorly the liposuction work is bumpy with chunks of fat everywhere and you can see the cannula marks all over, my legs, arms and abdomen. The worst part is the physician will lie to cover up his horrible work. You will never know from his mouth what was done to you. Any professional physician who takes pride in what he does should be able to honestly explain what he did during the surgery. As time goes by, I am getting new surprising dents, wrinkles, and shrinkage all over my body and face where he has performed liposuction without consent. My buttocks and hips are much smaller now, there was no augmentation. He is a non-Board Certified physician who is desperate to survive so he engages in the most despicable unethical behavior. He deliberately misled me to agree to a surgery that was not right for me or able to deliver only to walk away brutally butchered, disrespected and violated. Women my age look for fillers and wrinkle removal on their face, during my horrible surgery by him, he performed unauthorized procedure on my face; making it hollow with circular indentations on my forehead and reducing the size of my chin and lower lip.

This morning I was 12 minutes late for my appointment. The girl at the front desk said I must reschedule. As I write this review I am at my 2nd appointment. I was brought back to the exam room 15 minutes after my appointment time. I have been waiting 40 minutes in the exam room to see a doctor. They consider their time more valuable than yours. I was 12 minutes late for my appointment time and they sent me away. I was on time for my appointment this time and have waited an hour and am still waiting. This is the last time I will come here.

The facility is nice and clean BUT, don't expect to be seen on time when you are on time. People can come after you and if your schedule time is prior to them they can and will be seen before you. It has happened to me twice and I drive 45 minutes to get there. Not only are you ignored but they act as if it's OK to do so. I can understand if the equipment is malfunctioning or if I'm late but to act as if my time is not important is totally UNACCEPTABLE. I should have selected a closer facility that believes in what's best for the patient especially when it's not cheap~!~.

My acne was not under control. I went to Wake Health Medical Group and thru the aid of Waseem PA and the other medical team, I got better in under a month...thanks

When I started coming here I was in so much pain. Now i have no more pain & it is because of the awesome people who work here. If you are having trouble this is the place you should come. I would not recommend anyone else.

These places charge very high costs for services compared to a primary care physician. Make sure you ask what the service will cost before you are seen them or you may very well have some severe sticker shock. Their rate for 99204 OFFICE/OUTPATIENT VISIT, at the Wake Forest location, for a very short appointment for my wife for a sinus infection, was $258. Depending on your insurance you may be in for a big surprise.
