Worst service ever. I’ve never met someone so ignorant and unprofessional. For all your services I would recommend another company. This guy is a fraud and scammer.
The Raleigh Vending representative identified my issue and provided a quick repair. Great Job - we are very pleased.
Terrible service, paid him several time for repairs, the repairs never hold up. Service and call back is the worst ever! Do do waste your time using this company.
If you’re looking for a mechanic that will be honest with you and not take advantage look no further. If something is wrong with your vending machine you can be sure that it will be fixed correctly and for a reasonable price. -Ricky D.
Paid the guy in advance to fix a small soda vending machine and he never showed up to complete repairs. I have called several times and left messgaes and still no response, still my machine is broke, but the repairs are paid for. DO NOT PAY IN ADVANCE
Cold Drinks Again, YAY! Our old machine quit working last week and I didn't think anyone would be able to fix it because it was so old but RDU Vending came to the rescue and they really are the cold drink experts. Our dink machine is now colder than it has ever been. Thank you for the great service and very reasonable charges.
Fast and Professional!!! We love the FREE machine monitoring, it really helps because we have a small problem with our students putting things other than money in the drink and snack machines.
RDU Vending fixed all three of our vending machines fast and and at a very fair price. After our building was struck by lightning, we lost a lot of things that plugged into the wall including damage to the vending machines in the lobby. The first guy we called on came out and told us our machines were ruined and that he could sell us some new machines and "dispose" of our old ones. Luckily we decided to get another opinion and called RDU Vending. It turned out that the only damage to our machines was a minor repair and bill. We almost spent thousands on new machines and that's why I left a review (first online review ever) if there ever was a company that honestly earned my time in doing so... Thank you very much Jeff for being honest and thank you for doing such a great job on our equipment! The two drink machines are actually colder now than they were before the lightning.
