Murphy Motor Co. car dealership sold my family and I a defective car and refuse to do anything to fix the car, their argument is that the vehicle was sold AS IS without problems when we bought it. I'm a paratrooper in the 82nd Airborne Division US Army. My wife and I were having a lot of difficulties and some issues because she has to wake up 4am to get the kids ready so she can take me to work whenever she needs the one vehicle we both share or I have to leave work at times because my wife, daughter or 3 months old baby has school or an appointment. I bought a 2014 Toyota corolla on January 29, 2018 at Murphy Motor Co. this was the worst experience by far for my family and I. They were not professional at all, the car radio wasn't working, it's a good thing I test the radio and the car needed balancing. I addressed those issues that were visible and they had them taken care of. We had to drive back 1hr 15mins the next day to get the car. However, the car was very dirty and had less than 1/4 of gas. Therefore, I ask them to wash the car and full the tank, they said I would have to come back another day to get it washed and they will not full the gas tank so we had to just take the losses. My wife had starting to notice the car hesitating to take off from a stop frequently around February 9, 2018. On February 15, 2018 check engine light came on exactly 17 days after we bought this car I paid $90 to get it checked out. The transmission was bad and needs to be replaced, it's going to cost me $2500 with an used transmission including labor, a new transmission will cost me $9000 to fix. This is the thanks my family and I got for our service to this great nation by Murphy Motor Co. Business like this should never get the opportunity again to destroy people's life with their unprofessional and deceitful business practices of covering up and selling defective cars AS IS for the market value of good condition used cars.

I live in CA...found the perfect car for my daughter who lives in Willow Spring NC...called her..she went down and test drove it...did the transaction over the phone late sat afternoon e.s.t... .and all is well. The gentlemen were awesome. Would shop there again

I was financed a car from this dealer a 2 years ago and finished paying it off last August. The car was in good shape but there was absolutely no professionalism at this dealership. When I was initially buying the car there was a customer that visited and was yelling that the manager was a cheat and demanding their money back. The staff brushed it off and apologized for the customer. If i didn't need the car at that time I would've took that as more of a sign and would've never reach an agreement with this company because I have paid off my car and its been almost 5months and I have not received my title.I have been yelled at and cursed-out (by Esto, the manager) when calling to inquire about my Title (as I need it for registration in a new state). They refused to pay for the certified mail to send my title so I sent them a prepaid envelope so that all they would have to do is put the title envelope and put it in the mailbox and I STILL have not received my title. I have sought legal action because it is evident THEY ARE AUTO TITLE FRAUDS and they WILL SELL YOU A STOLEN CAR! I am in the middle of the legal process to get my money back for being sold a car that did not belong to the dealership. I usually dont write reviews good or bad but I felt the need to blow the whistle on this dealership...please be warned people

Great. Very helpful. The central AC wasn't working. And there was some belt noises- minor in from the engine. They promised to fix and called me the following day to inform me they had fixed it. Hopefully I will buy from them one day.
Great Car / Great PeopleThanks to Willie and Alana, I was able to buy the car I wanted from from out of state.
