I dropped my two cashmere sweaters and North Face jacket laster year. I forgot to pick them up until this year when i was preparing for winter and realized something was missing from the closet. I rushed to make a phone call to the Drive thru Cleaner and the owner politely replied to me that they have them and that they were well kept. I was still able to pick up my belongings even after a distribution period of a year. The owner is someone who care about other' belongings.

I was there to dry clean my pants. I forgot to tell them the pants button fell off because I thought that was not a big deal. When I was there again to pick up my pants they hung them on a hanger and even replaced the button. It was so nice, and the service was great. They didn’t charge my for the button. I really appreciated them and I felt secure that I have a good neighborhood. Thank you.
I had an amazing experience. I took two pairs of boots in to get new heels put on. That was on Monday and I received a phone call that evening that my boots were ready for pick up on Tues. Considering this is the week of Christmas, you might imagine my surprise. They did a great job at a very affordable price. These boots are now ready for walkin' and I will highly recommend this shop to my friends. Shoe repair is a lost art and good repair shops are hard to find. I found Lee's and I am so pleased!

I had been searching for a particular brand of shoe and finally found it at this company. I eent in and was immediately welcomed. The employee worked hard to satisfy me. I had him running to the back 4 times and he didnt get an attitude. I really appreciate the personal attention i received.

I had a very negative experience. They lost my boot savers, returned the boots with heavy creases in them and glueing the soles took over a month to repair. I did call about the missing boot savers and was told it was MY problem and that they would take no responsibility. I would take the time to drive to Raleigh and get good service.

I took a very nice cashmere scarf to be cleaned here. When I dropped it off, I made a point to tell the cleaners that the fabric was very delicate and to please be careful not to damage it. She said no problem! When I went to pick it up, there was one large hole about the size of a quarter and lots of tiny hols all through the scarf. NONE of those were there when I dropped it off. When I confronted her with the damage she said that sometimes the dry cleaning process causes holes in natural fabrics! And then proceeded to tell me it was not her responsibility! No refund for cleaning, no reimbursement for the damaged garment. I will NEVER use this cleaners again!
