Hi to you reading this before you even consider renting from this location-1st let me start off by saying the staff here is very rude and they seem to have something against females. This was my first time ever renting a car by myself and if I had to go off of this experience alone, I probably wouldn't rent again. I rented a car on 5/25/17 and when I arrived, the employee Syr did not greet me at all. While processing the paperwork, his demeanor was completely negative and it seemed that my presence was aggravating him. Once my paperwork was processed, he got up and said nothing. I had to ask if I should follow him because he did not speak a word. He didn't tell me what vehicle I would be getting so I had to ask. We arrived at the car and all he said was "look at the car and see if there are any scratches". I did just that and mentioned any marks or scratches to him and that seemed to make him even more agitated. The car was dusty on the inside and dirty on the outside as if it had not been washed in about 2 weeks. The only reason I continued with the rental, is because I was limited on time or else I would have paid extra to rent from enterprise. After I left the lot, I called the corporate office and made a complaint about the customer service I experienced. The representative I spoke with seemed to care about my complaint and stated someone would follow-up. Unfortunately, I still have not heard from anyone and it has been 6 days since I made the complaint. I will never rent from this company again and definitely will not recommend them to anyone I know.

I give them a high 5 for I always get the best service when ever I rent from this location. The Staff is always friendly, professional, and helpful. Their vehicles are always nice&clean and they get you in and out in a reasonable time frame. Des and his staff are my favorite. David G.
My experience with Enterprise Rent-A-Car in Raleigh, NC at the 431 S. McDowell St. location has always been great and rewarding. The people at this Enterprise location has always gone out of their way to accommodate my needs. They always exceeds my expectations. They are very friendly and are always willing to work with me to provide me with the best possible service to my satisfaction. They truly provide excellent quality of service. The number one reason I use Alamo is because of their self serve kiosk. I can get in and out in a few minutes. It may cost a little more than other rental agencies but the time and aggravation I save is worth it to me. I don't think I'll ever use another company as long as Alamo keeps up the good work.
My car broke down and needed major work done and I needed reliable transportation. Enterprise was my saviour.......great prices and wonderful customer service! I'm a customer for life.

Quality of this office has been deteriorating. Made my reservation weeks in advance. Shuttle was not at it's pick up area for over 15 minutes. Driver did not offer to assist me with my bags which were difficult to get up the steep steps into the bus. A young lady with absolutely no people skills pointed towards a door. She mumbled something about an upgrade. No thanks, I just want the car I reserved. She scowled then mumbled something about they didn't have one available and then stared at me. I said, "I don't want an upgrade, thank you." Asked me to wait in an empty bay. 20 minutes later, she drove up in dripping wet economy car. She told me to sign her note pad. I said I would check the car for dings first. As I drove, I noticed that the interior was filthy with dog hair & seats had stains on them & no floor mats. At acar wash I used the vacuum to clean the car. Upon return, I explained the dirty car situation to them and they took 2 days off my bill which I appreciated.
Good experience overall. This particular location (RDU) was a bit disorganized and understaffed but the process was much easier and quicker than with other car rental service companies.
They were suppose to have a specific premium car waiting for us. Reserved the vehicle more than a month in advance. They had no premiums ready. Had to go to return lot to give us a smaller premium car. I we had 3 children including luggage. Car was filthy!!!!!! Took almost an hour to get out and stood outside with temps in 90's. Manager in Milwaukee gave us money back. Service in Raleigh was terrible!!!
