I had an overall A plus experience with Smart Auto Move and would use them again. After a co-worker recommended them I looked them up with the better business bureau and was satisfied with their rating and reviews, I was given a good online quote and booked my order online they contacted me by email with my itinerary and truck drivers info and my car was picked up two days after that and delivered seven days later which by all accounts is good timing for a transport from the west coast to the east coast, San Francisco to Baltimore to be exact.

This auto transport company were so nice and very honest, no tricks or lies just did a fantastic job for me. I'm so happy I chose them because I wasn't sure in the beginning but everything worked out great.

I am beyond statisfied with smart auto for the super job they've done transporting my two cars from Los Angeles, Ca to Tampa, fl. I've never done this before and heard bad stories about this type of service but Daniel at Smart Auto Move made this easy and painless.

Outstanding work by the people at smart auto move. I had gotten quotes from two other companies that were lower than Smart Auto Move's quote, plus the other companies didn't require a deposit, upfront, so I tried the other companies, but after a week they never picked up my car. I was now down to my final two days and signed up with Smart Auto online and they called the very next day to inform me that my car was being picked up.

Smart Auto Move perfectly facilitated the transportation of my car from Irving TX to Pasadena CA. I placed my order online on Saturday and the car was picked up on Monday and was delivered on Thursday. The Transporter they matched me with was very professional and polite.

Wonderful service. this company was outstanding with my order in regards to picking up and delivery. I chose this company because of their rating with the better business bureau. I placed my order online on a Sunday with their expedited shipping and my car was picked up on the following Tuesday and got delivered in 7-days from Bakersfield, CA to Durham, NC. Smart Auto Move is the best auto transport company serving California to North Carolina.

I'm giving smart auto move a five-star review for the excellent job they did in transporting my car from Arizona to Connecticut. their rate was fair and the service was great and on time.

Fantastic service. I had been trying to get a car I purchased in Nebraska picked up for three weeks with another company and they kept giving me excuses, I then signed up with this company and they had it picked up in three days and I finally got it home yesterday.
Next time I need this type of service I'll be contacting this company from the start.

Truly wonderful experience! I had never used auto transport service before and to be honest, I didn't know it even existed. My son's car blew its engine in Missouri where he goes to college and I needed to get my car to him asap! After searching online I found this company on the BBB's website. I called them and explained my situation and they assured me that they could get the car to my son in as little as 4 days 2,200 miles. So I booked my order and they delivered as promised. Anyone looking for a good auto transport company should use smart auto move. Their customer service was top notch. I transported my daughters small suv from Plano,tx to Chicago,il for $500 and the transporter only took 2-days to deliver. No surprises or tricks just good service.

These folks were great and fast. We had been making arrangements to move my mom and her things from Bristol TX to Madison WI where I live and the hardest part was finding a company we could trust after reading so many awful stories online about auto moving.
We finally decided to take a chance with this company because they are accredited with the better business bureau. I placed our order online with expedited transport and was contacted quickly by the truck driver who would move the car to arrange pickup for the next day, delivery went perfect and also on schedule.

So all our worries were for nothing.
