        I have traveled the country in...

        I have traveled the country installing Video systems for large events. I always knew the Radio locations in the cities before I arrived. (I always needed an adapter or something ASAP) I Shop at 4 Locations in Raleigh NC area. 3 now... Crabtree Mall (4 1/2 Stars), Capital Blvd. (4 Stars) , Garner Location (3 1/2 Stars).... This Location (Wake Forest Rd.) Have very little knowledge, customer service is bad, and have been down right rude at times. It's like the Kmart of radio Shacks... By The Way I've been shopping at that location for nearly 8 years.... not anymore.
