We had Progessive install a toilet for us and we were impressed by the promptness and expertise of the technician that showed up. We're sure to use them the next time we need help and also we plan on telling all our friends about our experience with this great company.
The tech was very professional and was very polite to us, the steps that were taken to complete the job was explained to me as they were progressing through the install. Explained about the new install and what we could expect. I truly had a great experience service great.
Were exceedingly helpful in a worst case pipe burst scenario. These guys were great!! In particular Gary and Justius were two of the best and most helpful plumbers that I have ever had over my 65 years. They identified code violations (and fixed) that were made by the builder in 1971. I would recommend these gentlemen to anyone. I look forward to working with them in the future:)

Recently our 6 year old C****r Air conditioner went down for the third time. Progressive had made repairs just 3 months ago to fix a broken capillary line on the evaporator. Again, in September, the evaporator was leaking down, only in a different place (it had been replaced in 06 under warranty). We called and got an estimate on a new Lennox central system and it was installed in record time. The mechanics and electrician were very courteous and professional in their installation. They left the whole area where they worked clean and neat, as if they were never even there. Thank You Progressive team for a job well done. I will highly recommend them to all my friends!

I bought a certificate ($89) through Twongo for a service on my heating and a/c. I missed the deadline because it was during the holidays and I travel quite a bit for my job so I got behind. I called Progressive and the girl who answered the phone said they would not honor it because it expired. I understand these things so I asked her if I could apply the $89 toward another service and again she repeated what sounded like a rote response sitting in front of her. She might as well have been a robot because no matter how I tried to discuss alternatives, she kept saying the same thing. This is very short-sighted on their part because I used to have a service contract with another company and bought this in anticipation of checking out the company to potentially have them start doing my service. I even told the girl this but it was still a ""I'm sorry, but our policy is......"". I may be out $89 but this company is out the potential of an even greater sale!

Eeek! Yesterday my hot water went out and I called Progressive Plumbing and Steve their technician was able to get out to my house within the hour and I had hot water by Saturday night. So glad to know I was able to get such great service when I had an emergency. I would recommend them to ANYONE!!! Thanks again!!!!!

I bought one of the $49 specials from their website to have them check my Furnace since it's starting to get cold. In the process they discovered my heat exchanger was cracked. I had no idea how dangerous this was to my family. Jeff their salesman came out (on the weekend even) and gave me an estimate. He also told me that he could rework my 12 year duct work to get better airflow and save me $$ on my electricity bill. The installers were great and cleaned up everything. Heat works great, family's save, Very, Very happy with Progressive and would recommend over and over again.
Any time I have a plumbing problem I call Progressive. I live in a rental home where the landlord does not want to replace the water heater. We have had two experiences with no hot water over the years and called Progressive techs to come out each time. They always have the elements or thermostats on their truck. Living in Bahama, this is very convenient b/c there are no stores or supply houses close to my home. Great service.
I called them to fix my garbage disposal, and a very helpful young lady answered all my questions and offered me same day service. I was impressed with their customer service and the technician was polite and neat in appearance. My problem was fixed within 45 min. Will recommend to others.

My a/c went out in the middle of summer and my home became unbearably hot in a short amount of time. One call to Progressive got me a quick fix. They sent an HVAC tech who made a small repair and suggested I have an electrician check over the wiring as well. They scheduled an electrician to come out the same day. It was so convenient. A+ Service! One stop shop.
