Austin has been great in his expertise with the product he services. He gave us valuable advise on maintaining our appliances especially the tankless water heater and how they should be maintained. We felt confident to call back Mr Rotor Router because we felt confident that they were the ones that provided quality service we could rely on. Austin Hoggard was great the first he came to our house and he gave us valuable advise on maintaining service on equipment. We listened and followed up on his advice and called back to get reliable service. And again we got excellent service and we will appreciate his service the next time around.

Friendly, professional service at a great price! Technician provides service estimates prior to scheduled service date, and arrives on time. Technician completes work in a timely manner, and leaves work site clean.

Work was fine but they really took advantage of us on pricing. We paid $475 to fix a leak in a copper pipe that took them less than 30 minutes to fix. They apparently were told to charge significantly more due to the high demand for fixing pipes and they certainly did. Not happy at all over the cost

Called this company to fix a plugged drain.
The services provided were excellent and professional.
All the technicians were courteous and respectful.
This was a big job that required to excavate 6 feet under to replace a broken pipe that was also plugged with roots.
The finished all the work with a very good warranty and left the place cleaned and organized.
The price was reasonable for this kind of work.

My mother called this company because she had a plumbing line backed up. My mother is in her late 70's and they absolutely tried to take advantage of her. They were trying to charge her $3000 for about a $700 job. Thank god she called me after they had started to do the work and I went over to her house to speak directly with the young man doing the job. We re-negotiated the rate down to $1500 (still too high) and then the young man failed to do all of the job that he agreed to. I will be reporting this company to the Better Business Bureau!
