Do not get your repairs at this place

Mini City Auto are on a repair list from nationwide Insurance , My wife was recently involved in a accident , Car was towed to Mini City Auto repair by Nationwide Insurance , First off a Lady (Stephanie) called me to tell me that the car looked fine to her and why was it towed to her location , in
reply I said the accident happened on 440 and the cops go it towed , she replied that was no reason for it to be towed , when I asked her what difference this made she said she drove the car and it was fine , I asked her why she drove the car and she changed the subject to Nationwide would not like us to rent a car , and we need to sign off on repair that day , I asked her , what repairs , she said she did not know but we needed to sign for repairs that day . the call whet back and fort between me and her for some time , when I said I needed to confirm what she said with Nationwide insurance she said that I needed to pick the car up , and they where no longer interested in repairing car , I called Nationwide who where great , they really know how to look after a customer , they towed the cat to Capital ford , great service

Great customer service

Almost 20 years ago when I had a little fender bender. I was referred to David at Mini City Auto Body. He was as professional as well as sweet as they come.
He handled my car and claim very efficiently. I was very pleased with the whole process.
Life moves on.....
I was in a pretty bad accident with my brand new Honda Pilot almost two decades later......
My insurance company referred me to a auto body shop. I decided to stop by Mini City and get an additional estimate.. Not only did they remember me but that gave me a better quote.....took amazing care of my car.......Check it over thoroughly to make it like it was brand new again. They went above and beyond helping me with the tire service. The whole staff was always pleasant and when they gave me my car back I felt confident with their workmanship.

Great Auto Repair Shop and Professionalism

I am a Raleigh native and have had a few vehicle bump ups in the past. I have had my car fixed at Mini City several times. I have been completely satisfied with every visit. They are very experienced and helpful with the entire process from beginning to end. I will always bring my vehicles here. I also appreciate the fact that they are a small family owned business. This makes the experience more personal. Being a multiple repeat customer speaks for itself.

I had my car taken here one day. The next morning, without looking at the car, they called me and told me that it ""may or may not"" be totalled. When asked why they would even call me and tell me that, they said ""We wanted to know how much you wanted fixed."" I want it all fixed. They then told me that it would be two weeks before they even LOOKED at the car to fix it. Unacceptable. For a three thousand plus dollar repair, it's rediculous. I called numerous times during the day, left messages, still heard nothing back. At about five oclock, when I finally managed to get a hold of someone, the guy said he'd never gotten any messages. This is an extremely unprofessional organization. NEVER TAKE YOUR CAR THERE!

Do Not Trust With Your Vehicle

Recently took car in for Hood replacement. MCAB kept car for 1 week. When they did finally replace the hood and I picked up the car the AC was no longer working! The service manager drove off with the car and all my belongings including my child's car seat. After waiting roughly 45 minutes for him to return. I called my co-worker to pick me up as I was late for a meeting. The receptionist said they would call me when he returned.

4:55PM and no call from MCAB. I called to find out what was happening with my car. The receptionist reply to my questions was, ""We hope to hear something by tomorrow."" we're you going to notify me, seeing as how you close at 5:00PM. I ask. The response was completely false. ""He left the car with the mechanic. We won't know until tomorrow."" Wow! Thanks and good-bye.

My husband left work early to come pick me up so we could go purchase a car seat and rent another car for obvious reasons. MCAB has no concern for your time in the least.

Here's a sidebar that's great. They tried to sale me the idea that they were going to ""replace my front head light cover for free."" Why only one I thought and not both? Oh... Cause they broke the existing one and needed to make nice. ;) Now back to the hood.

After getting the car back this time. I have a new light lite up on my dashboard for something I've never seen before that concerns the drive and parking functions according to the manual. My dashboard gas milage/temp/distance traveled electronic gauge no longer switches between options and half way lights up. The hood is out of alignment. It's to high and sits to the left.

If your want your car to come back the way it was left go somewhere else.

Do Not Use!

My car was involved in a rear end accident and was the fault of the other driver. The driver that hit me has Nationwide insurance. Mini City Auto Body is an authorized repair shop for Nationwide insurance and I decided to have it fixed their. The car was basically fixed on time and looked pretty good but it was not the same. The doors didn't close correctly. The trunk did not work like it did before. The paint was chipping. I brought it to another body shop in the area and they took the car apart and showed me all the repairs that was done incorrectly. The car was not welded properly. The welds were rusty, My rear airbag was destroyed. My back seat was not bolted in. The list goes on and on. The car repairs were so poorly done, Mini City Auto had to buy the car back from me or face an expensive court battle. Never use Mini City!
