First off I want to apologize to you for the quote on your project not getting to you. We generally are spot on in getting out estimates and returning calls. Not knowing who you are I am at a loss to explain what could have happened. It truly is very unlike us as we take great pride in delivering superior service and installation.

I know of no other way to respond to your review on this site other than adding a review.

I realize you have moved on but if you happen upon this review response, please e-mail or call us so we can find out what went wrong.

Bob and his team did an amazing job installing our fence. We had a while to wait between the quote and installation due to HOA approval issues, and Bob was very accommodating. He was always quick to answer our questions and explain the differences in the fence types we were looking at. When installation time came, Bob arranged for the underground utilities to be marked. On the day of installation, the crews arrived at 9 am, and were gone by 3:45, even though it was pouring rain that morning. The installers made sure to keep the fence low enough to the ground that my dogs are unable to even think of crawling under it. The fence is beautiful, and we constantly get stopped by the neighbors commenting on how nice our fence looks. The quality of the fence is markedly better that what you will find at the big box home improvement stores. My husband and I were also extremely pleased with the price. In total we did not pay much more than what we would have paid for just the parts at a big box store. If we ever have a need to put up another fence, Bob will be getting another call from us!

Bob and his guys did a great job with my new ornamental fence - I just love it. Not only is it functional (it allows my dogs to enjoy the outdoors off-leash), it is, quite simply, very, very, pretty. It works wonderfully with the surrounding landscape. And the product quality is superb.



I received exceptional customer service from Infinity. Bob provided quick turnaround on proposals, which included detailed specifications and price comparisons. And the work was started and completed well within the projected time frame.



I definitely recommend Infinity Fence Inc. to anyone who has a fencing project in mind!

Infinity Fence did a great job with my new aluminum fence. Bob was especially helpful and courteous. He made recommendations that I found very helpful and it was obvious that he really knew his business. I had received quotes from three other fence companies and Infinity Fence was by far the most knowledgeable, helpful and flexible. I even receive superior customer service long after my fence was installed. A gate needed some adjusting and Bob came out himself to make the adjustments. Now the gate works perfectly. The fence looks great and my children and dogs love to run in the yard together. I would recommend Infinity Fence to anyone considering a fence installation.

I've owned 3 homes in the Triangle over the past 15 years, and Infinity Fence has built fences for me at all 3 properties. The quality of the workmanship and the fencing materials they used are outstanding! Excellent work! :-)
