Where to start? They are the most condescending and rude people in the banking business. They are certainly after your money, any way they can get it. Once your money is there, it isn't easy to access it. Their policies are THE MOST INCONSISTENT of all the banks. Their disclaimer says they can decide to decline your card based on whatever reason they think suits them, and not even tell you. They have no 1800 support line, so if you have a problem after 6:00...good luck! I told them I was absolutely astonished at how customer unfriendly they were, and asked the procedure to cancel my account. Barrett told me I had to fill out some paperwork...and then froze my account so I couldn't access it...and it was Friday. They are the worst of all the banks...and I will find every single site possible to warn people about how bad they are. When I told Barrett that...he said, Okay, is that all? These people are the worst of the worst. Don't waste your time with them. They will adversely effect your family and then politely smile about it.
