This place is a scam! I came in for a custom wig, put over $200 down (half) and was told 3-4 weeks. It's been 2 months...NOTHING. At the 3-4 week she said it would be 6 weeks, now way past 6 weeks and she won't even return a phone call. Please please please do not be fooled by this woman. Anyone who takes advantages of those who are looking for hope in their medical situation are pure evil. It's a shame too....since she could have made thousands of dollars off of me for years to come had she delivered on her empty promises. Instead she got away with a couple hundred (for now) Not too bright if you ask me. Little note to people who depend on wigs like myself...turns out she orders from chinese vendors for half of what she charges and they have many more options for customizing. Save your money, do your research (youtube)....you'll save so much more money and heartache in the long run.

I am at a lost for words for Elizabeth Ashley Wigs. Do not believe all of the hype that is posted in the below comments. This is a bad buisness that is only for money and not quality. I am customer who purhcased a hair unit and did not receive the wig three months after the order date. They never answered my calls and avoided me each and every way possible. The worst part is the wig was POOR QUALITY and shedding excessively!! And I spend over $300 dollars for this bad wig! I usually don't post comments but I don't want people to spend their money on poor quality wigs.

A great place of Atmosphere, not like a regular salon,,, youhave much privacy which most women prefer,,,, keep up the good work. you gonna have some haters but God is a lover!!!!!

Elizabeth Ashley Hair Palace is the queens palace you expect I came in a princess and left the queen of God he has willed me to be. They have great pricing and the technicians are patient and God sent. Like every children of God they have more than enough on there plate balancing their personal live but are willing to lend a ear and their hearts to whatever issues rest on your soul. Crystal is my first and favorite technican she is truly God's property. Amen in Jesus name I pray your experience here is more blessed than my own.
