Design Surfaces

I had them do my master bath and kitchen a few years ago. It worked out fine back then. But I went back to them for a small item and didn't get the same experience. To begin with it took weeks to get just an estimate. It took ten weeks in total to fabricate a shelf. I dropped by to find out the person helping me was either out of the office or busy. I called but the phone appeared to be permanently forwarded to voicemail. I emailed to no effect. Only after I included the sales manager and owner in my email did the young lady finally respond. Maybe the lack of responsiveness was because this is a small deal. But I will tell you that I will not be back when we remodel our next house. There are better options. Incidentally, neither the sales manager nor the owner bothered to apologize. This tells me a lot.

The template person was rude and had zero people skills. The company contradicts itself on the phone by saying it can take into account old floors/cabinets not being level and that the template maker will point out anything that needs to be fixed. I would put unfinished plywood on top my $7,000.00 cabinets before calling this company back.
