D&E Quality Service Inc. was established in 1978 and was the first independent service center for Mercedes-Benz, Honda and Acura automobiles in Raleigh, N.C. Tim Mize, one of the original partners, and his wife Mary purchased the remaining stock in 1990 and are now joint owners of D&E. The current building was built in 1992 and is equipped with offices, a comfortable waiting room, a kitchen and conference room which are always open to the public, an up-to-date parts department and twelve bays for service. D&E is a completely computerized center. Being a specialist means just that to D&E. We believe the most important issues to our current and future customers concerning auto repairs and maintenance are integrity, convenience, quality worksmanship and friendly personalized service. We offer prompt service and employ ASE certified technicians who receive regular training to stay up-to-date on the latest technology. We are always looking for ways to better service our customers. Overall

I have finally traded in my 1999 /300000 Honda Accord and it was still going strong. I have always said that the car would have not lasted as long as it did if it had not been for D&E and their extraordinary service and professionalism. I have nothing but best to say about D&E Quality Service.

Excellent Service

D&E was recommended to me by a good friend. Had my Acura RL timing belt replaced first, with a couple of little things needing repair as well. Service was excellent, as was communication. Experienced some shuddering and they took care of that the next working day as they knew exactly what the problem was. Just had my starter replaced and service was again excellent and done in the time frame I was promised. I should mention that I was given a quote by another repair shop that was $50 lower just to get me in their door. I turned them down because I believe D&E knows my Acura and I trust them.

Special Note to D&E Owner: Keep Jason - he's the face of your business and is wonderful at his job. His customer service is second to none.

Excellence in Honda Repair

The prices are reasonable and the service is excellent. They watch out for future problems and take the time to explain things in plain language. I have been going there for over 3 years with two seperate cars. Also if you are thinking of buying a used Honda, you would be stupid not to get them to look it over for you.
