Cooper Jimmy Upholstery

I had a fabulous experience with Jimmy Cooper. We needed our couch repaired---the frame had cracked in the middle of a knot, causing half of it to sag. We requested quotes from several different places, and no one else was willing to attempt fixing it. Everyone told us to buy a new couch, but it's the most comfortable piece of furniture we've ever owned, and we were determined to keep it. Jimmy replaced the broken boards in our frame and reattached the springs for a very reasonable price, in a reasonable amount of time. He also repaired a ripped cushion. While making the requested repairs, he discovered that one of the braces in the back of the couch had also cracked, and he fixed that as well while still honoring the amount he initially quoted us. His sons picked up and delivered our couch in the promised time frame, and were polite, respectful, and friendly. They were careful to keep the couch clean and not track dirt on the carpet, and helped me put the house back together once all the furniture moving was done. I could not be more thrilled with the quality of the repair and the professionalism of Jimmy and his business. I will take any and all furniture repairs to him in the future!

I went to Mr. Cooper to have several things reupholstered and he did an excellent job. He has done furniture in my house and he have reupholstered my hunting seats. I thought he gave me a great price. He has free estimates and free pick-up and delivery. He does an outstanding job. I recommend him to everyone.

I give this upholsterer five stars. He is an artist in his trade. Not only is he honest he is always on-time and fair in his pricing. He has over 37 years of experience and it shows. He put alot of attention in little details that large copmanies would over look. After my furniture was returned it came back looking better than new.
