I wanted to take a few moments to thank you all for the fantastic job you did repairing the hardwood floors at my house this past week. Everyone was a pleasure to work with. They were responsive and kind throughout the time I was in touch with them. Two years ago your team installed hardwood floors and carpet at my house both jobs were completed in a week. I was so pleased with the outcome and I have received so many compliments from friends and family. A few weeks ago I came home from a business trip and was quite surprised to find that termites had feasted on my living room floors. The HOA agreed to review the quote and contribute to the repairs. Based on the previous repair attempt I did not know what to expect but I was so happy with the results. You cannot see the patch they put into this place the floor is smooth without gaps or bumps and it blends in with the original floors. The quality of work that you did during a stressful and unpleasant situation created a much more bearable situation for me so thank you all.

They were prompt in addition to being clean professionals. This was a job well done and I will call you again. I will also be recommending you to my friends and family.

Mike came to our home for the estimate and was such a pleasure to work with. The entire staff was great to work with! When I went into the office to take a look at more samples they were so patient with me as I went back and forth with options and questions of pricing. Once I decided and the order was placed, the team stayed in regular contact with me leading up to installation day. The installers were timely, polite, organized and neat. To top off my wonderful experience, they finished the install in 1 day, rather than the 2 expected. Awesome!!!

Great experience with Carolina In Home Flooring! Mike came out and had several samples (carpet) to show us. He was very patient, as we were so 'lost' as to what carpet to get. He answered all of our questions. We are thrilled with our new carpets!

The entire project was well planned and Patrice was very knowledgeable about different types of floors and carpet. Both the flooring and carpet crews were professional with no nonsense applications. Our furniture was moved and replaced with out incident. I am very pleased with the final outcome.
