Capital Urgent Care

This is the worst medical facility I have ever been to. The entire staff was nasty and rude, from the nurses to the office staff and even the manager; I will never go here again. I was treated horribly and was nothing but cordial and compliant in all ways. I am actually angry I didn't say anything while I was there. I told my primary doctor's office about this and they actually took them off their list of referrals. Please save yourself the disappointment and poor experience. I wouldn't have even given them one star. Not to mention, the rooms and floors are not clean. No medical facility should look like this place did.

I woke up early to see what time capital urgent care opened today and started reading these reviews. I have been going here for years. If you are not sick enough to go to the emergency room but can't get into see your personal provider, this is the perfect place to go. The nurses and Dr.s are quick and professional, just the way I want them to be. If you want to go somewhere where you sit in the over decorated waiting room for 2 hours to see a Dr, that wants to ask you a million questions and then tell you to see your regular physician, don't go here! This facility is clean and quick! Every time I have gone in the past 5 years, they have taken excellent care of me and charged me less than my personal provider.

Fast and good service. They were open later than everyone and took me right in on a Sunday. I had already been seen by another urgent care and not treated. One strep test, one antibiotic and I was better within a day or two. I am thankful.

My experience at this Urgent Care was excellent. I am not sure about the other reviews. The staff was nice to me and I got in an out in under an hour. It definitely beat going to the ER.. I will go back

Staff is very unprofessional and rude. If you are seen in a er and you still feel sick a couple days after don't go here. They will give you attitude and forget about getting a dr note for work because they won't do it. They will tell you something bogus that makes no sense. Yea they might charge what your pcp would charge but honestly you are better off going somewhere else.

Giving one star is mandatory. Don't go here. They cleaned my bloody arm with an open bottle of sterile water and after touching the mouth of the bottle with my bloody gauze, put the bottle back in the cabinet. Can you say Hepatitis? For a clinic to not train their personnel correctly regarding blood born pathogens is total neglect and inexcusable!

Not clean. Forced to go here for pre-employment drug screen. Took hours!!! Horrible rude staff and very dirty!

Choose another urgent care. Rude nurses and negligent doctors. Lazy and ignorant staff. Repeat. Don't go here.

I can't beleive they're still in business. The people there are unprofessional money leeches. All of the nurses don't give a damn, and are rude. The receptionist thought I didn't speak English and yelled all she had to say.... And worded out everything, until I told her I spoke English. I was charged 300 dollars for blood work and to answer they're questionnaire which they call a medical exam. They barely talked to you and the doctor didnt even introduce himself so I didnt know who he was until they gave me my records. I would not even give this place a single star, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. Anywhere but this dump

on Dec 15, I was brought in with a head laceration from a accident at work. My workman's comp person was not responding to the phone at corporate headquarters, in order to allow treatment. Covered in blood and in pain, Dr. Robinson chose to see me regardless of the insurance snafu. He e-rayed my hand that was crushed in a cable, and stitched up my wound on my forehead. When I left,I asked if they needed more signatures or anything. The receptionist just said I was all set.

Dr. Robinson understands that people in pain and in need of medical assistance, shouldn't suffer because someone else cant pick up a phone or do their part of their job. I will be back in 5 days to get my 7 stitches out. Thanks Dr. Rob!
