Excellent Service ! I Highly Recommend Capital City !

Capital City Sedan & Limousine is first class from the moment you first contact them! I have used them for almost 2 years for a variety of business and personal transportation needs and have been met with nothing but courteous and professionalism from the entire staff - every time! The chauffeurs are dependable, friendly, efficient and knowledgeable and have always gotten me to my destination safely and on time. I have had a few instances where plans have changed at the last minute and/or flights were delayed - all handled with the utmost professionalism. They have a great selection of vehicles all of which are well kept, clean and comfortable

Very poor service

I rented one of their party buses for a surprise party. Within 5 minutes of getting on the bus, the battery died. The passengers ended up pushing the bus about a block then we sat for around 30 minutes waiting for the owner of the company to jump the bus. When he arrived he was pretty rude and told me he would ""take care of it"" if I called his office in the morning. I wanted to have a discussion right then, but he wouldn't even entertain it. I've called their office several times and so has another passenger from that evening. Neither of us have gotten any call back. We have been left with a full price bill after having 30-45 minutes of just sitting and waiting for a jump, passengers having to push the bus, and a rude owner who never even apologized.
