Arrived at 11:45am appointment. At 1:45 still not seen by doctor. Having to wait over an hour and a half just to be seen is ridiculous and bad customer service.
This is the absolute worst place I have ever been. I have a large open wound on my leg that they "treated". They soaked a gauze roll in a bleach solution and told me to go home and do this to myself twice a day. I called four or five times and told them that I was in excruciating pain and was told to take Advil! I went to an Urgent Care the next day and they gave me Codeine and said not to put the bleach solution on it. The next day I was in the Emergency room with a leg that looked like chopped meat. I have not been able to put weight on my leg in over a week. I would not go to this place if they paid me. Horrible. My advice is to STAY AWAY unless you like to be in agony.
The facility is nice and clean BUT, don't expect to be seen on time when you are on time. People can come after you and if your schedule time is prior to them they can and will be seen before you. It has happened to me twice and I drive 45 minutes to get there. Not only are you ignored but they act as if it's OK to do so. I can understand if the equipment is malfunctioning or if I'm late but to act as if my time is not important is totally UNACCEPTABLE. I should have selected a closer facility that believes in what's best for the patient especially when it's not cheap~!~.
My acne was not under control. I went to Wake Health Medical Group and thru the aid of Waseem PA and the other medical team, I got better in under a month...thanks
I give them a zero. They are the worst urgent care I have ever been to. A little over a year ago I went in because I had swelling above my left eye that hurt extremely bad. They told me they thought it was a tumor and to go to the E.R. At the E.R. they ran an MRI and it turned out it was just a clogged sinus. They gave me antibiotics and something for pain. Today I went back in for the same problem and they gave me prednisone. No antibiotic, nothing for pain. They said they can't give me another antibiotic because I just got off one when I know for a fact they can, it just can't be the same one. I know this because my daughter JUST had to go on a second round of antibiotics due to a resistant bacterial ear infection. They told me the antibiotic I was on probably cleared it up. Do they not realize not every bacteria is cleared by one antibiotic? They are also very rude. The first time I went they insulted my girlfriend. The second time I went the nurse told me I should hang up on my girlfriend when my girlfriend got mad because they wouldn't prescribe me an antibiotic for a sinus infection.
When I started coming here I was in so much pain. Now i have no more pain & it is because of the awesome people who work here. If you are having trouble this is the place you should come. I would not recommend anyone else.
These places charge very high costs for services compared to a primary care physician. Make sure you ask what the service will cost before you are seen them or you may very well have some severe sticker shock. Their rate for 99204 OFFICE/OUTPATIENT VISIT, at the Wake Forest location, for a very short appointment for my wife for a sinus infection, was $258. Depending on your insurance you may be in for a big surprise.
Best personal chef service ever! I found Chef Mario (chefmario.com) after an accident that left one family member with a severe head injury, and leaving me as a caretaker. I was out of my mind with worry and stress, and someone suggested I look into a personal chef to ease my daily chores. After quite a bit of online research, I chose Chef Mario to deliver meals for what I thought would be one week. I was so impressed with the quality of the food that I extended the service another week...then another...then another. Having a healthy dinner prepared for my family made all the difference to helping us recover from the devastating accident. So, enough about me, how about the food. First, everything is delicious--gourmet quality. I'm typically a picky eater, but I have loved every single meal that has been delivered--that's 15 different entrees so far. Plus, it seems that a lot of attention is paid to the nutritional value of the entrees and the portions are generous.Chef Mario's service is perfect. They were able to accommodate my order as a last-minute addition when I explained my dire situation, and they make sure to ask about food allergies. They deliver when promised, and everyone I've talked to has been kind, helpful, and enthusiastic.Truly, I cannot thank Chef Mario enough for the wonderful food and service at this difficult time. This is an exceptional personal chef.
