Good place to shop. No pressure to buy, just there to answer questions. Robert had to bust his tail to get the deal done and despite lots of hiccups we got it. I asked one of the owners to ride with me so I wouldn't get lost and we rode till I was satisfied which was quite a while. No you will not steal the car from them but they ain't selling junk. Overall great experiance
Robert was great. He made my buying experience smooth and enjoyable. Thanks Robert.
Great car at a great price. Delivery was quick and easy. Overall, glad we went with AMG Auto and will be coming back for our next car.
Great peopleVery good time working with Joe & Keith. Matt was also great, didn't feel pressure or confused after purchase, I loved it. Always love working with those guys.
Great people and good customer service .
Tim was very patient and understanding with my decision making because I had no clue what I wanted and he didn’t mind showing me everything, even down to test driving. Great place to shop!
Best experience ever! This was my 1st experience buying a car. Ever!Heard the worst things about car salesmen. Long story short, Antonio Brewer proved reviews wrong. He's honest, laid back, and very real. I've referred him to others, and they say the same. Thank you, Antonio. Thank you for being good and honest at what you do!!
Had a great experience buying a used Passat with Auction Direct. Probably the most pleasant experience buying a car I've ever had. Bryan was great to make a deal with. He wasn't the stereotypical pushy car salesman; in fact, just the opposite. He offered different options in a calm, straight-forward way. I never felt I was being forced into anything at anytime. I highly recommend these guys when shopping for a vehicle. They also have a great selection and extremely reasonable prices
Good overall, bought two cars from them (Victor, NY location), both are in very good condition for the year and mileage. Cars were clean and fully detailed, and they corrected couple of small issues. No pressure sales team, very relaxing and no stress experience compared to many other dealers, new and used. Good choices of banks, they work with you obtaining a good interest rate loan. They also take credit cards for down-payment.
Murphy Motor Co. car dealership sold my family and I a defective car and refuse to do anything to fix the car, their argument is that the vehicle was sold AS IS without problems when we bought it. I'm a paratrooper in the 82nd Airborne Division US Army. My wife and I were having a lot of difficulties and some issues because she has to wake up 4am to get the kids ready so she can take me to work whenever she needs the one vehicle we both share or I have to leave work at times because my wife, daughter or 3 months old baby has school or an appointment. I bought a 2014 Toyota corolla on January 29, 2018 at Murphy Motor Co. this was the worst experience by far for my family and I. They were not professional at all, the car radio wasn't working, it's a good thing I test the radio and the car needed balancing. I addressed those issues that were visible and they had them taken care of. We had to drive back 1hr 15mins the next day to get the car. However, the car was very dirty and had less than 1/4 of gas. Therefore, I ask them to wash the car and full the tank, they said I would have to come back another day to get it washed and they will not full the gas tank so we had to just take the losses. My wife had starting to notice the car hesitating to take off from a stop frequently around February 9, 2018. On February 15, 2018 check engine light came on exactly 17 days after we bought this car I paid $90 to get it checked out. The transmission was bad and needs to be replaced, it's going to cost me $2500 with an used transmission including labor, a new transmission will cost me $9000 to fix. This is the thanks my family and I got for our service to this great nation by Murphy Motor Co. Business like this should never get the opportunity again to destroy people's life with their unprofessional and deceitful business practices of covering up and selling defective cars AS IS for the market value of good condition used cars.
