Great service and fast. Will definitely come backI usually don't give 5 stars but i gotta say, these people cleaned my car better than i could . I had my 2013 Jeep detailed there and they did an outstanding job. Their manager Mehdi explained what they are going to do and they did exactly what I was promised, and their prices are very reasonable.Very impressed by the ease, quality, and pricing
I usually go to Autowash Express on Six Forks, but this was closer. My interior needed a good vacuum and wipedown, most of all. Afterward it was dirtier inside. There was hair and grease stuck to the inside of the windshield. The steering wheel was sticky. They had closed the drink cup holder rather than clean it. I wish I could post pictures. I sat in dumbfounded astonishment. $2.50 with a crappy old inefficient self-service vacuum did a better job than this mess. There's also some residue on the windshield that makes the wipers smear now when it rains, occluding vision. I'm going to have to do some serious cleaning myself to fix up the mess they made. Enormous waste of time and money. Never going back to any Autobell again. I wish I'd checked the reviews, or gone the extra distance to Autowash on Six Forks.
The staff was polite and quick. The problem was they were to quick. I had to show them what needed to be vacuumed and cleaned once it came out of the car wash. Even after they tried to clean what I told them, I had to take the rag and clean it myself. I have been to two other locations and they have been great, but the Millbrook location would not be my choice in the future.
Took one of my husband's cars last week so I could surprise him with a clean car, not only were the wheels left dirty but the windshield was cracked! I spoke to the manager who was very nice and said he didn't see a pre-existing chip in the windshield that could have created the crack but I would need to see the owner who happened to be on vacation before Bunkey's would pay for repairs. My husband parked this particular car in our garage for a week and we saw the owner today...the first words from his mouth were basically if I find a chip in your windshield all bets are off and I'm not going to pay, you'll be responsible...NOT hello let's take a look at your windshield or I'm sorry this happened at Bunkey's! Of course within ten seconds of looking at the windshield the owner found a chip! All I can say is wow, it is some microchip because his manager, my husband or myself couldn't find it! We told the owner we didn't need his money but he needed to do what was right, because there was no chip! The owner's response...he was protecting his business! I have worked in management and customer service for years and there are some things you think but keep to yourself! Do what is right and your business will thrive. Bunkey's could use some good old fashioned customer service skills! We WERE loyal customers from 2004-2013 but will certainly NOT be going back ever again!
If using a Twongo or Groupon deal, beware. They are rude and never available to wash your car. Their hours are operation are not listed on the building or on the website. I will never use them again.
Your car will look like new. My 2005 Pt Cruiser had been neglected. Bill and his staff did the inside and out and it looks better than when it came off the showroom. People not notice my little car and I've had several people tell me what good care I take of it. HANo I just take to Bills. Heck Bill even drove me home around the corner so I did not have to wait the five hours it took to restore the looks of my car.
First time at this auto detail place and first time ever paying for a detail. Called to schedule an appointment - very easy. Dropped my 2012 Honda CRV off at 9 AM and picked it back up at 2 PM. I did a cursory check over and it looked good. Took my CRV home and did a more thorough inspection. Found trash in the seat back packets including straw wrappers dirt, and sand. This was all there before I took it in. Additionally, I found that the plastic parts in the back seat had not been cleaned as well as the cup holders on both doors were still dirty. I stopped looking and called the Spa to ask about this. The man who answered was very polite over the phone and wanted me to come back. The problem was they told me very clearly they were not busy and in fact when I went to pick up the CRV everyone was sitting around and there did not appear to be much work going on. I am dissatisfied to and frustrated. It's one thing to be very busy and miss but when you are not busy and this still happens, that tells me all I need to know. Time to find a new detail place.
