I enjoy working at Ogo Barber & Salon. The stylist are very friendly, family oriented and professional. If you want good and reliable service come to OGO
The older, unprofessional looking female, hair dresser there decided she wanted to cut my 3 year old son's hair how SHE wanted to instead of the picture I showed her and refused to give me my money back. I even asked her at the beginning of the cut if she felt leaving the picture up for reference was a good idea, to which she declined. She almost left soap in his hair until I told her to re wash it. I also noticed he had scratches on his neck from the trimmers because she was too rough, I even asked her if she wanted me to hold his head for her, to which again she declined. I shouldn't have paid but I was just in total shock. The manager was apologetic but of no real help sense the hair dressers there are contractors. Seems like where hair dressers with out tallent go to work. When we were there only other customers looked to be in their 80s
I came to the Salon at the end of the day on Saturday without a reservation. There were no openings, but Charles stayed late to give me a haircut. When he heard I was from Naples,Florida he ask me if I was OK. I told I was but I was worried about my friends and family that stayed. I got a great haircut and he would not let me pay for the haircut. He was doing a very kind gesture to someone who was escaping the hurricane. Raleigh should be proud to have Charles in your community.
I have been coming to Amal for years. She is one of the few stylists that I have ever had that can cut and style curly hair. From cuts to color, I trust that she knows what she is doing. I absolutely trust her implicitly. I will go nowhere else.
I was happy with Chuck and my perm he gave me. I did not care for the trim, I wanted a cut. I was shocked when I went to pay for the perm. $145.00. I would like to know how they came up with that figure. I am on Social Security and cannot afford this. As far as price goes, I would not recommend this Salon. I would love an answer on the cost. email@example.com. And Chuck it did not l full day.
Excellent atmosphere here, almost like getting a haircut in the comfort of your own home. Mr GroomRoom Barbershop is the new up and coming shop to patron. The owner and his barbers are very personable and professional. I love the facials and hot steam towels they offer along with the jazz that is constantly playing. It is very relaxing...
I was just there and was referred by a friend and it was packed with no available seats. Now I understood that it was pack and I wasn't mad about that, but what did upset me was the fact that not even a barber offer my 3 year old a seat. I was there for 10min just standing there with my son, and they didn't even want my son to sit down comfortably. It was crazy that none of the men who were sitting in a waiting chair offer my son a seat but it was very unprofessional to me, that the barbers just ignored the fact a child was just standing there in the middle of floor waiting. I will NOT return there or recommend anybody to go there because obviously manners do not exist in that shop!
This place is totally professional. I've gone in to get a cut with no appointment and did not have to wait for long. I've also scheduled an appointment and was taken care of professionally and on time. I highly recommend them!
Great atmosphere!! Has that homely feel to it. The service is A-1.Very professional! I would recommend this barber to anyone looking for a quality barbershop.
The GroomRoom is finally opened!!!!! Mr Winters has been motivated to opening this upscale shop for a while now and congratulations on your vision.
